Should our customers require storage, Mr. Move / Load
Rock -N- Roll Moving & Storage is able to service it's customers
by providing three types of storage options. The same careful handling
is given to shipments requiring short term or those needing a longer
term of storage.
Storage costs differ for all three types of storage,
and charges are competitive rates figured on the basis of length
of storage and vault size (cubic footage):

"Storage-in-Transit" occurs when the final
destination of the customer's goods or property is not yet
ready for immediate occupancy and may be so for up to a period
of one (1) day up to a maximum of three (3) days. The customer's
goods will be kept locked in our trucks and will accordingly be
safely delivered to the customer's final destination.
For a “Storage-In-Transit" shipment,
a fixed rate applies and the cost depends on how long the shipment
stayed on our trucks.

"Full Service Storage" is a service wherein
our movers go to the customer's pick-up address
or addresses, make an inventory of each and every item to be stored,
properly pack all the items inventoried and then taking these items
back to one of our storage facilities closest to the customer's
convenience. The customer will be given a copy of the inventory.
Full Service Storage customers have access to
their stored items six days a week (Mondays thru Saturdays) by
making an appointment at least 24 hours prior to storage access.
Customers may likewise just make arrangements to have the stored
items re-delivered. Separate rates shall apply.
For "Full Service Storage", charges
are made for warehouse handling and warehousing. Warehousing costs
will depend on the size and number of storage vault/s occupied
by the customer. Storage contracts are "month-to-month" effective
the 1st of the month and pro-ration will be performed upon move-in
only.

A "Self-Service
Storage" arrangement is where either Mr. Move Moving & Storage
moves the customer's shipment to one of our self storage
facilities or the customers do the moving themselves. Upon determining
the appropriate storage size, and securing the entire shipment
in the storage vault, the customer must put their own lock on the
storage vault.
For "Self Service Storage", charges
are based on size and number of storage vault/s occupied by the
customer. Storage contracts are "month-to-month" effective
the 1st of the month and pro-ration will be performed upon move-in
only.
If
possible, you may want to consider moving a few items yourself.
It can be a good idea to move plants, pictures, and electronic
items prior to your local move.
If
you think you might be picking up or dropping off items on a regular
basis, your best bet will be to choose a storage facility that's
close to home.
Make
sure to check for evidence of water damage.
You
should use a rust protector on your bikes and tools.
Chairs
should be stacked seat-to-seat with paper in between.
